Nano Super Armour TPI Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200) is a cement-based coating product used as a primer or waterproofing layer. It is suitable for filling or coating water tank walls, general walls, rooftop surfaces, and roof tiles with cracks or leakage issues. It provides highly effective waterproofing performance, offers high flexibility, and protects surfaces well, along with excellent adhesion properties.
Scope of Use
Used as a primer or topcoat for plastered walls, concrete, water tanks, rooftop surfaces, or fiber cement, including use as a coating to prevent water leakage.
Applied as a primer before coating with NP101S or NP101M to enhance waterproofing properties, increase flexibility, and improve adhesion. It can be used both outdoors and indoors and can be applied with a brush, roller, or spray machine.
Can be applied immediately after the plastered wall has completely dried.
Surface Preparation and Application Method
For surfaces with large cracks, chiseling should be performed by using a fiber cutter to widen and deepen the cracks to a level suitable for filling.
Clean the surface to remove dust, oil stains, or any contaminants that may affect paint adhesion.
For old plaster walls with existing paint, the deteriorated old paint should be sanded or stripped off as much as possible, and any weak or unstable areas should be removed. If there are defects such as cracks, rough surfaces, or peeling, they should be repaired properly before cleaning and beginning the painting process.
Crack Repair
Mix Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200) at a ratio of 1 kilogram of paint to 500 milliliters of clean water. Begin by adding about 200–300 cc of water first and mix thoroughly, then add the remaining water and continue mixing until a uniform paint texture is achieved.
Use a putty trowel to fill the cracks completely, then smooth the surface. Once the filled area is completely dry, apply another coat of Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200).
In the case of moving cracks, reinforcement mesh or netting should be used first. Then apply a layer of Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200), smooth the surface, and once the repaired area is completely dry, apply another coat of the same product.
Waterproofing Application
Mix Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200) at a ratio of 1 kilogram of paint to 500 milliliters of clean water. Begin by adding about 200–300 cc of water first and mix thoroughly, then add the remaining water and continue mixing until a uniform paint texture is achieved.
Use a brush or roller to apply the paint onto the prepared surface for 2–3 coats, allowing each layer to dry for at least 1 hour.
In the case of spray application, mix Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200) at a ratio of 1 kilogram of paint to 1000 milliliters of water, then spray onto the prepared surface for 2–3 coats, also allowing at least 1 hour of drying time between each layer.
Priming Before Applying NP101S or NP101M
Mix Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200) at a ratio of 1 kilogram of paint to 500 milliliters of clean water. Begin by adding about 200–300 cc of water first and mix thoroughly, then add the remaining water and continue mixing until a uniform paint texture is achieved.
Use a brush or roller to apply one coat onto the prepared surface, then allow it to dry for at least 1 hour before applying the next layer.
Apply or spray NP101S or NP101M directly without the need to mix with water or any other materials. Both types of paint enhance surface durability and allow for easy cleaning.
Note: The paint mixed with water should be used within 2 hours, and partially dried mixed paint should not be remixed with water for reuse.

Usage Recommendations
To achieve the proper mixing ratio of Waterproofing Primer Cement Formula 2 in 1 (NP200), mix with about 200–300 cc of clean water first to allow the paint to blend well before adding the remaining water.
For use in water tanks or fish ponds, application can be done immediately, and the coated surface should be allowed to dry completely for at least 3–5 days before cleaning or actual use.
A mixing tool should be used, and only one-third of the total water should be added initially to help disperse the paint and ensure thorough blending.
For use as waterproofing paint on areas such as walkways or rooftops, it should be top-coated with CLEAR COAT to maintain a beautiful surface finish.
TPI waterproofing paint can be top-coated with other paints or tiled over, unlike typical water-based waterproofing paints that cannot be tiled over.
The painted surface should be protected from sunlight, dust, and moisture until the coating is completely dry, for at least 7 days.
Always close the container tightly after use.
**Caution: When using only the waterproofing primer paint, contact with water may cause surface staining. To prevent staining, apply a topcoat of ‘CLEAR COAT’.'
