Dosage and administration

1. Drink a small amount of water from the water bottle to prevent water overflowing before attaching with the cap of BIO KNOX.
2. Place the cap of BIO KNOX on the lid of water bottles and closes it tightly.
3. Press BIO KNOX powder down from the cap into water bottle.
4. Shake well to dissolve BIO KNOX powder then enjoy the healthy drink from the bottle.
