M670

M670 is non-shrink grout hydraulic mortar with excellent flow property. It gives high compressive strength and no shrinkage. It is suitable for general construction and industrial works.

How to use

Surface Preparation

• Clean the surface until the free from dust, oil, chemical and other contaminates, they may affect to adhesion.
• Treat the surface with water and let to semi-dry surface before applying with mortar.
• In case of casting in mold, ensure that the mold is in a good condition without leakage because Non-shrink Grout M670 is easy to ow than other mortars.

Application

• Mix 1 bag (50 kg) of TPI M670 with 7.5 liters of water until the mixture is homogeneous.
• Pour the mixture into the mold and let it flows itself.
• In case of more than 4 cm thickness of concrete. It should be added stone size ½ in the mixture with the ration 30-40 kg of stone per 1 bag (50 kg) of TPI M670 mortar.

Curing

• TPI M670 completely set in 4 hours and for enhancing the compressive strength, curing with spray watering or the dump cloth covering at least 3 days.

Precaution

• Should not use with excess water to prevent for shrinkage and loss of compressive strength.
• In case of adding stones. It should be used clean stones.
• After setting, it should be cured as indicated above.
