TPI Semi Self Leveling owns high workability and consistency by containing special chemicals, so it is suitable for leveling a floor before laying tiles or any decorative materials. It can adjust level from 1-3 cm.

Work Instruction

1.Before pouring, clean the surface to free from dirt, oil, water, dust and any particles and contaminates which can effect to the bond adhesion. remove all loose or unsound materials and should be repaired to be good conditions before floor leveling application. Check the surface prepared by scraping the surface with metal putty knife/ metal rod. Before pouring with self-leveling ready mixed mortar, treat the surface with water and let it partially dried to get the best adhesion.

2.Mix one bag (50 kg) Semi Self Leveling ready mixed mortar M410 with 7-8 liters of clean water and stirred until the mixture is homogeneous.

3.Apply accordance to the general procedure guide for floor leveling process and it can be able to use with Machine application.

4.When M410 is set, it should cure the surface of floor in a suitable way such as spraying with water or cover with the damp cloth on it eliminate the cracking problem.

Application Rate

Remark:

• After mixed with water, works should be finished within 2 hours 30 minutes
• Store in dry place away from moisture and humidity. Seal the bag tightly and avoid moving in the rain or wet place for extend the storage life.
