Product Characteristic

TPI M310 is an instant masonry mortar which is formulated for Lightweight block masonry work. It is providing high adhesion strength, excellent workability and easy to use. The finished walls are high durability strength.

Raw Materials 

• TPI Portland Cement Type 1 according to ASTM C-150 and TIS 15 part 1-2555
• Fine limestone thoroughly additives to enhance adhesion, strength and durability.

How to prepare

1.Mix TPI M310 with clean water at ratio 2:6:1 by volume.

2.Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.

3.Ready to apply with common brick laying technique for lightweight block by using specific trowel for lightweight block (Avoid to use brick trowel or Mason's trowel with lightweight block masonry).

Remark:

TPI M310 should be used in small amounts and each layer thickness should not exceed 3-5 mm. When bricklaying with light weight block size 7.5 x 20 x 60 cm and TPI M310 Mortar 1 bag (50 kg) by using with specific trowel for light-weight block, it can cover the application area 20 m.
