Product Characteristic

A ready-dry mixed suitable for masonry work both indoor and outdoor wall application such as bricklaying of brick or concrete block (but not including lightweight block) it is providing a high adhesive strength, good workability. It conforms to TIS 598-2547 Thai Industrial Standards for masonry ready dry mixed mortar (Type 50).

Raw Material

• TPI Portland Cement Type 1 conforms to ASTM C-150 and TIS part 1-2555
• Fine limestone which is thoroughly dried and properly classified.
• High quality chemical additives which enhance adhesive strength, and give a better adhesion to the wall and more stronger.

How to prepare

1.Moisten the brick or concrete block with water.

2.Mix TPI M300 with clean water at the ration 4:5:1 by Volume.

3.Mix it together until the mixture is homogeneous.

4.Apply with common masonry procedure, moreover it's able to use together with Mortar machine.

Remarks: 

• After mixing with water should be used within 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Keep in dry place away from moisture and seal tightly.
