Product Characteristics

TPI M501 is high bond adhesion mortar for floor and wall applications for both outdoor and indoor. It can be applied for large tile, fiber board, wood flooring and parquet. It performs extremely high bond adhesive strength on concrete surface and allows to laying new tiles on the old tiles. During tiles paving, it gives adequate time for tile adjustment. Therefore, M501 is to use and save time and money.

Instruction of preparation and application

1.clean the suitable surface to be tiling and to ensure that is clean and free form dust, grease, chemical and any other contaminates to disturb the adhesive strength of mortar. In case of lay the new tile over old tile, to check and make sure that the old tile is strong enough and if there are not in goof conditions, it must be repaired with right approach before laying new tiles.

2.Mix 1 bag (20 Kg) TPI M501 with 4 liters of clean water until the mixture is homogeneous.

3.Apply the mixture of adhesive mortar on the substrate surface with 5mm thickness then set the notched trowel at 45 degree angle to the surface and drag it to create ridges and grooves.

4.Lay tiles onto the substrate then press or use rubber hammer to tap each tile firmly.

5.Align the tiles and clean excess adhesive from tiles and joints before it sets.

Remark

• After mixing with water, product should be applied within 2 hours 30 minutes.
• Keep it dry place and seal the bad tightly.
