Primer paint for flooring which is the fine powder to combine with water and apply on the floor before painting with top coat colors. Mix well with water, due to the consisting cementing agent in the primer paint which provides the smooth surface texture and good molecular adhesion with cement plaster floor or concrete floor. There are more durable and easy to clean when top coat paint NP301 (Top Coat-water based) filling over primer.
