Product Characteristic   
Mixed cement 197 and 199 is derived from the mixture of inert ingredients e.g. limestone and others with Portland cement Type I. The quality of both of mixed cement specially conforms to the Thai Industrial Standard Institute's specification for mixed cement TIS 80-2550.   
Mixed cement 197 and 199 is easy to use for plastering, masonry and general concrete work requiring   
low compressive strength.

Suggestion

  • Should store mixed cement 197 and 199 in a dry place and cover it with water/moisture-resistant materials.
  • Should use mixed cement 197 and 199 within l hour after adding water.
  • For concrete work, apply the same standard time of mixed cement when remove the model.
How to use

Plastering

  • Clean and wet the surface area.
  • Mix 1 bog of mixed cement 197 or 199 per 8-9 buckets of fine sand (ratio 1 : 2.25 by volume).
  • Pour clean water in the mixture and then wait for a moment before mixing altogether.

Masonry

  • Mix l bag of mixed cement 197 or 199 per 5-7 buckets of coarse sand (ratio 1 : 1.75 by volume).
  • Pour clean water in the mixture and then wait for a moment before mixing altogether.
  • Follow the normal procedure of masonry.

Concrete

  • Mix 1 bag of mixed cement 197 or 199 with coarse sand and aggregate using 1 : 2 : 4 ratio by volume (should mix mixed cement
  • 197 and 199 with coarse sand before adding aggregate in case of hand mixing).
  • Add clean water in the mixture and mix altogether.
